Position Description & Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY

RP Valley is seeking a full-time fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist to join our multi-specialty practice in Glendale, AZ!

  • Majority of work to be in IR (80%+)
  • Call is predominantly IR + General Fluoroscopy
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
    • 210 shifts annually (includes weekday call) + 24 weekend call days per year (1 weekend/month).
    • Weekend call: Home call approximately 1 weekend per month. The interventional radiologist is available by phone for consults and is expected to come onsite when interventional procedures are required. Additional compensation applies for any onsite coverage
  • 1-Year Partnership Track offered
  • IR sites include Banner Thunderbird Medical Center (level 1 trauma) and Banner Estrella Medical Center.
  • Salary: Up to $850k-$950k total compensation 
  • Up to $150k Commencement Bonus with option for Fellowship Stipend
  • Internal moonlighting opportunities available

RP Valley provides services at high quality Banner Medical Hospitals in the Phoenix area, servicing 3 hospitals - including Designated Stroke Centers and a Level 1 Trauma Center.  In addition, we provide coverage at 11 Outpatient Imaging Centers. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fellows & residents welcome to apply
  • IR/DR Board Eligible or Certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Interventional Radiology fellowship required
  • CAQ Preferred
  • Strong procedural skills and expertise in performing a wide range of interventional procedures.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $850,000-$950,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
