Project Manager โ€“ Desalination - (Corpus Christi, Texas)


We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Corpus Christi Desalination Plant, overseeing all phases from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.


This role is the single point of accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction, leading a complex, large-scale infrastructure project in a highly regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project execution and governance, acting as the main client interface
  • Oversee design, engineering, and technical performance across all disciplines
  • Direct construction, commissioning, and start-up activities
  • Manage budget, cost control, contracts, and commercial strategy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and external partners


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale water or infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in desalination, water treatment, or marine infrastructure
  • Experience with EPC, design-build, or similar delivery models
  • Track record managing complex projects ($500M+) preferred
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
