What does an RN do at a dermatology clinic?

A dermatology RN assists with patient assessments, prepares patients for examinations, administers treatments, and educates patients on skin care and disease management. Their expertise helps ensure that patients receive comprehensive care for a wide range of dermatological issues.

What are some common challenges faced by Dermatology RNs, and how can they be managed effectively?

Dermatology RNs often encounter challenges such as managing a high volume of patients with diverse skin conditions, staying current with rapidly evolving treatment protocols, and addressing patients' cosmetic and medical concerns with sensitivity.
