Located in Bellevue, our organization is an independent, physician-led dermatology practice that stands apart from private equity-backed groups. We prioritize clinical autonomy, a sustainable work pace, and long-term earning opportunities, free from corporate pressures, inflated patient volume expectations, or diminished physician decision-making.

This position is perfect for dermatologists who aspire to deliver high-quality medical care, manage their schedules, and receive fair compensation for their productivity within a well-structured and supportive private practice environment. Our team consists of six providers, including a balanced mix of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed medical estheticians.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our expanding practice.

Schedule & Support Model
  • Support staffing: Three Medical Assistants per physician.

  • Schedule: Four or five days per week.
  • Setting: Outpatient dermatology clinic.
  • Care mix: Primarily medical dermatology with an optional cosmetic component.
