Located in Bellevue, our organization is an independent, physician-led dermatology practice that stands apart from private equity-backed groups. We provide a model that emphasizes clinical independence, a manageable workload, and long-term financial rewards, free from corporate pressures, unrealistic volume expectations, or diminished physician authority.

This position is perfect for dermatologists who aspire to deliver exceptional medical care, manage their schedules, and receive fair compensation for their productivity within a well-organized and supportive private practice setting. Our team consists of six providers, including a balanced mix of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed medical estheticians.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our expanding practice. Key features of this role include:

  • High level of physician autonomy in clinical decision-making and practice approach.
  • No private equity ownership or corporate production requirements.
  • Strong staffing model with three dedicated Medical Assistants for each physician.
  • Sustainable clinic pace of approximately six patients per hour.
  • Flexible scheduling options with four or five clinic days each week.
  • Earning potential reaching up to $700,000 annually, based on schedule, productivity, and practice scope.
  • In addition to a solid foundation in medical dermatology, there is ample patient demand to support an aesthetic provider, allowing interested physicians to offer cosmetic services without the need to generate demand independently.

  • Work collaboratively with experienced Medical Assistants and staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and provide an excellent patient experience.
Schedule & Support Model
  • Support staffing: Three Medical Assistants per physician.
  • Patient volume: Approximately six patients per hour.
  • Schedule: Four or five days per week.
  • Setting: Outpatient dermatology clinic.
