Dermacare Senior Solutions is a healthcare service provider specializing in on-site dermatology services for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs). Our mission is to enhance the quality of dermatological care for seniors by offering convenient, expert-driven, and cost-effective services directly at their place of residence. By addressing common skin conditions prevalent among the elderly, we aim to improve overall health outcomes, reduce hospitalization, and enhance patient satisfaction.


Business Model:Dermacare Senior Solutions operates as a mobile dermatology service provider, partnering with SNFs and ALFs to deliver essential dermatological care on-site. Our providers will visit facilities regularly, reducing the need for elderly patients to travel for skin care treatment.


Are you a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a passion for dermatology? Dermacare Senior Solutions is seeking dedicated NPs to join our growing team, delivering specialized dermatology services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities (ALFs).


Position:Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant


Location:Multiple Locations in Central Florida, Ocala, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Kissimmee, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner License
  • Experience in Dermatology (Preferred)
  • Nursing Homes experience (Preferred)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Passion for Geriatric Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments focusing on skin health in skilled nursing homes and ALFs settings.
  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatological conditions under the supervision of a dermatologist.
  • Travel to provide exceptional dermatology care in nursing home settings.
  • Perform procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, skin scrapings and more (training provided).
  • Educate patients on personalized skincare, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using our EMR system.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing homes care team.
