Location: Arizona – Hybrid/Remote With Local Client Meetings

Employment Type: Part-Time W-2

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Up to 10 preapproved hours per week

Additional Compensation: 10% commission on collected revenue from personally generated and closed contracts

POSITION SUMMARY

CDG Enterprises is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate leads and secure contracts for our behavioral-health compliance, organizational-readiness, workforce-training, and consulting services.

This is a part-time sales position with hourly base pay plus commission. The selected candidate will focus on identifying Arizona behavioral-health providers, reaching decision-makers, scheduling consultations, presenting approved CDG services, following up with prospects, and helping move qualified opportunities through contract execution.

The employee will receive $16.00 per hour for all authorized work performed, up to 10 preapproved hours per week. The employee may also earn a 10% commission on client revenue personally generated and successfully collected by CDG Enterprises.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research Arizona behavioral-health providers, nonprofit organizations, healthcare agencies, and potential partners.

• Identify owners, executive directors, administrators, clinical directors, compliance officers, and other decision-makers.

• Conduct professional telephone, email, LinkedIn, and networking outreach.

• Introduce CDG’s compliance-assessment, organizational-readiness, workforce-development, and training services.

• Qualify prospective clients based on organizational need, decision-making authority, budget, and anticipated timeline.

• Schedule consultation and sales meetings for CDG leadership.

• Participate in approved sales presentations and follow-up conversations.

• Maintain accurate lead, outreach, follow-up, proposal, and contract information in CDG’s tracking system.

• Follow up consistently with prospective clients until a decision is reached.

• Assist with approved proposals, service agreements, and contract-closing activities.

• Submit a concise weekly sales-activity and pipeline report.

COMPENSATION

• $16.00 per hour for up to 10 preapproved work hours per week.

• 10% commission on collected revenue from new client contracts personally generated and closed by the employee.

• Commission is calculated only on funds actually received and retained by CDG Enterprises.

• Commission is paid through payroll after the client payment clears.

• Unpaid proposals, unsigned agreements, canceled contracts, refunded payments, and uncollected invoices do not generate commission.

• Continued employment and scheduled hours depend on performance, business needs, and available work. No specific number of contracts or total weekly hours is guaranteed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of business development, consultative sales, healthcare sales, behavioral-health outreach, account management, or contract-closing experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to find leads, contact decision-makers, conduct follow-up, and move opportunities toward a purchasing decision.

• Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare, Medicaid-funded services, compliance, workforce development, or organizational consulting strongly preferred.

• Strong telephone, email, presentation, and professional-writing skills.

• Comfortable discussing service pricing and asking prospective clients to make a purchasing decision.

• Self-directed, organized, persistent, and accountable for measurable activity.

• Must reside in Arizona and be available for occasional in-person meetings with prospective clients.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance required for local travel.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms preferred.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

During authorized work hours, the representative will be expected to:

• Build and maintain an active Arizona prospect list.

• Complete consistent weekly outreach and follow-up.

• Secure qualified consultation appointments.

• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline documentation.

• Move qualified prospects toward proposals and signed agreements.

• Communicate barriers, client objections, and decisions needed from CDG leadership.

This is a sales-focused position. Applicants should be prepared to discuss previous sales results, contracts closed, revenue generated, decision-makers reached, and their approach to follow-up.
