In this remote telehealth setting, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy sessions from your chosen environment, utilizing technology to connect with patients across various locations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, using standardized tools and questionnaires as appropriate.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the clinical needs of each patient in accordance with evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s mental health journey, incorporating real-time feedback and adjustments based on progress.
• Facilitate regular follow-ups to monitor patients’ development and provide ongoing support, via both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and care coordinators, to ensure holistic patient care and consistent communication across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide guidance and education on mental health wellness strategies, equipping patients with tools to manage their conditions effectively.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related discipline.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW-R, or LCSW in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong grasp of individual and group therapeutic techniques.
• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and familiarity with telehealth practices, ensuring effective management of patient information.

• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated excellence in building rapport with diverse populations through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of successfully delivering culturally responsive therapeutic care.
