You'll collaborate with peers and the Country Manager to build a sustainable, profitable business while driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

PROFILE
  • Lead and manage the Beaumont depot with full responsibility for communication, organization, and performance.
  • Own the depot's P&L and steer towards profitability and growth.
  • Drive SHEQ compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and optimize operations for maximum equipment and operator utilization.
  • Manage sales activities: maintain client relationships, prepare tenders, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with local standards.
  • Coach and develop your team, identify recruitment needs, and lead annual performance reviews.
  • Report to the Country/Business Unit Manager and collaborate with other Depot Managers and functional teams.

You're a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building profitable operations. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and know how to motivate teams to deliver results.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, or industrial services.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of SHEQ standards and compliance.
  • Ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
  • Experience with ERP systems and tender processes.
  • Familiarity with crane rental or specialized transport industry.
  • Experience in managing a Crane Depot.
