In this role, you'll help keep depot operations running efficiently by supporting device imaging, fulfillment, returns, inventory accuracy, and secure hardware disposal. Your work will help reduce downtime, improve turnaround times, maintain compliance standards, and create a seamless technology experience for employees. You will be a valued member of the Cloud and Infrastructure Security team, working closely with management, customers, and vendors to support seamless day-to-day logistics.

• Ensure all devices meet security, compliance, encryption, patching, and application standards prior to deployment.
• Perform device readiness checks, troubleshoot basic imaging or configuration issues, and confirm devices are fully prepared for end-user use.
• Package and ship configured laptops, peripherals, and related IT equipment to end users in line with fulfillment procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to support accurate, timely delivery and maintain proper tracking, asset tagging, and shipping documentation.
• Receive and process returned devices, perform initial triage, and determine whether assets should be repaired, refurbished, redeployed, or disposed of.
• Update ITSM, ITAM, inventory, or asset management systems with device status, return details, condition notes, and lifecycle updates.
• Support secure disposal of end-of-life hardware in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data sanitization standards.
• Maintain accurate depot inventory records, conduct periodic audits, reconcile discrepancies, and support reporting on stock levels and asset movement.
