General Description: Process and deposit incoming check payments received from clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Prepare and deposit checks received from clients and vendors in a timely manner. Utilize electronic deposit tool CashPro Online.
โ€ข Research items for deposit.
โ€ข Work with team members to resolve receipts issues prior to deposit.
โ€ข Obtain endorsements and forward checks to third party entities.
โ€ข Create and respond to daily tasks.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
โ€ข 1 year + cash handling experience in a high-volume environment.
โ€ข Experience with CashPro Online preferred.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills.
โ€ข Ability to work in a team environment.
โ€ข Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
โ€ข Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.
โ€ข Accurate and fast data entry skills.
