About the Role
We are seeking a Deployment Project Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and successful delivery of ENTOUCH energy management systems across commercial facilities nationwide. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to ENTOUCH quality standards.
This is a highly collaborative, field-focused role ideal for someone with strong HVAC controls knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple deployments simultaneously.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end deployment activities for assigned installation projects
  • Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource coordination strategies
  • Manage installation and subcontractor costs to ensure budget alignment
  • Support subcontractor sourcing, bid reviews, and scope evaluations
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to customers and leadership
  • Coordinate across internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Service
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials

Installation & Commissioning Oversight
  • Coordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and system validation activities
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify installation quality and adherence to scope
  • Provide technical guidance and scope clarification to installers and subcontractors
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize schedule or cost impacts
  • Ensure smooth turnover from installation to service and support teams

Scope & Financial Management
  • Identify, document, and manage change orders and out-of-scope work
  • Support contract adjustments and customer negotiations as needed
  • Monitor project financial performance and support cost forecasting activities

Continuous Improvement & Safety
  • Provide field feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve product quality and deployment processes
  • Support training initiatives for internal teams and subcontractors
  • Promote and uphold all company and site safety standards

What You'll Bring
Experience & Education
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, or related commercial construction environments
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, or a related technical discipline preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus

Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices
  • Familiarity with BAS/DDC controls and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
