Airline IT Project Manager  

We are seeking an Airline IT Project Manager to join our global Airline IT team, where innovation knows no borders. This team transforms how airlines serve travelers by delivering core technology solutions, optimizing operational delivery and streamlining customer engagements. It bridges business and engineering strategy so customers achieve seamless deployments and measurable outcomes. As an Airline IT Project Manager, you will oversee customer-facing technology projects across strategic airline accounts. You will guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end project execution, manage timelines and clear operational bottlenecks. This role requires strong project leadership, clear communication and the confidence to drive projects to completion while challenging inefficient processes.  

What you'll do

  • Lead complex Airline IT projects from initiation to deployment while managing scope, budgets and project schedules.  
  • Guide cross-functional engineering, product and support workstreams to ensure seamless project execution.  
  • Build trusted relationships with airline project stakeholders through clear status updates and risk management.  
  • Partner with commercial and delivery teams to ensure project deliverables align with contractual commitments.  
  • Use generative AI tools and automation to optimize project status tracking, streamline reporting and accelerate risk identification.  

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, customer-facing projects within travel technology, SaaS or Airline IT.  
  • Proven track record of managing technical deployments, project budgets and cross-functional team milestones.  
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, contract alignment and software delivery life cycles.  
  • Strong ability to solve problems creatively and manage project risks across organizations.  
  • Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to enhance project visibility and delivery speed.
