As a Deployment Success Manager on the Customer team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and deliver high-leverage live engagements and lead technical activation activities by supporting deployment planning, provisioning, enterprise configuration, and go-live readiness.
  • Enable successful customer adoption through setup support for single sign-on, system for cross-domain identity management, and MCP connectivity.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical account teams, and internal teams to address technical blockers, support security reviews, and validate activation readiness so repeat issues get solved once.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships and provide clear guidance to others
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical consulting
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical workshops with platform engineers, machine learning or artificial intelligence teams, or enterprise architecture stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with AI capabilities for coding (e.g. Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) and deep understanding of the AI landscape
  • Experience supporting enterprise technical activation, deployment planning, configuration, or go-live activities
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, is based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with managing a large portfolio of accounts
  • Experience supporting technical evaluations or pilot programs in enterprise settings
  • Experience scoping enablement activities and supporting security, administration, or scale discussions during adoption efforts

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
