The Analyst will be responsible for the deployment, management, and support of iOS and iPadOS devices across the organization. This role ensures secure, efficient, and compliant mobile operations through expert use of MDM tools and Apple ecosystem knowledge. The Analyst will collaborate with IT and end users to optimize device performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in supporting Air Canada's fleet of Apple devices (iOS, iPadOS).

  • Configure and manage devices using MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Omnissa (Workspace One), or other), ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols, including encryption, passcode policies, and remote wipe capabilities.
  • Coordinate the distribution and updating of enterprise and App Store apps across the fleet.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for device-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Monitor and schedule OS updates to ensure devices remain secure and compatible.
  • Assess new iOS/iPadOS features, apps, and configurations before organization-wide rollout.
  • Work with IT, security, and operations teams to align mobile strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support guides; generate reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of IT technology or operations experience in a large company.
  • Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem.
  • Experience managing Apple devices, specifically iOS, iPadOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in MDM (Mobile Device Management) system an asset.
  • Experience with zero-touch deployment using Apple Business Manager and MDM integration and asset.
