Genesis10 is currently seeking a Deployment Manager III for a contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $54.17 - $56.43 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing retail project deployment activities across multiple locations and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The Deployment Manager serves as a central point of coordination between project teams, vendors, field resources, and business partners to drive project completion, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment to project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage deployment activities for assigned projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and field resources to support successful project execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for deployment-related questions, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
  • Monitor project progress using established tools, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, resource readiness, and deployment status
  • Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and obstacles while driving resolution
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, vendors, project teams, and leadership
  • Provide regular project status reporting and escalation communications to leadership teams
  • Validate deployment readiness and completion against established project requirements
  • Review project outcomes and identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and execution efficiency

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale deployment, implementation, or operational projects
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Experience utilizing project management, task tracking, ticketing, or workflow management tools
