Job description

Overview

Property Insight is seeking a highly self directed Title Plant Deployment Production Coordinator to provide end to end oversight of production coordination, testing, and customer rollout for title plant deployments. This role is accountable for ensuring readiness, quality, and cross functional alignment before, during, and after plant release to production. The Title Plant Deployment Production Coordinator serves as a central leader across plant handoff, testing, and customer rollout activities, partnering with Plant Operations, Imaging, Data Testing, QA, Client Strategy, and Technology teams. This position manages one full time employee and a dedicated data testing function, ensuring title plant deployments meet operational, technical, and customer expectations while supporting successful market launches.

Duties

Provide end to end leadership for title plant deployment activities, including production coordination, testing, and customer rollout. Review data, workflows, and plant configurations to confirm readiness for testing and production handoff. Coordinate with Plant Operations and Imaging teams on plant dates, data corrections, image availability, and production validation. Lead post rollout analysis, including UAT review, issue identification, and resolution planning. Partner with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions related to plant readiness, data quality, and system integration. Support application QA testing efforts in coordination with QA and Technology teams. Oversee title data testing activities, serving as the Title SME for data validation and quality assurance. Manage and mentor a dedicated Data Testing Team responsible for validating title plant data, including client order comparisons and comprehensive test case execution. Provide direction and support for customer rollout activities, including workflow alignment, expectation setting, and issue resolution. Ensure go to market readiness by confirming internal deployment readiness and partnering with customer facing teams to support market launch. Work in tandem with PI Sales, Agency Sales Leadership, and Client Strategy on go to market strategy and planning. Lead triage, escalation, and prioritization of UAT issues, working closely with Client Strategy to resolve critical concerns and minimize customer impact.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

Prior experience supporting client facing rollout activities in a production or operations environment. Familiarity with Property Insight system called TitlePoint. Experience working closely with QA, Imaging, Data Analytics, and/or Development teams. Background serving as a title subject matter expert in operational, data, or underwriting contexts.

Experience supporting title plant expansion, and/or conversion projects. Demonstrated experience leading cross functional production or deployment initiatives. Working knowledge of title plant data, workflows, and quality assurance processes. Experience managing or leading testing efforts, including UAT and post production validation. Proven ability to identify issues, assess risk, and drive resolution across multiple teams. People management experience or demonstrate ability to lead, coach, and develop team members. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deployment timelines. High attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational readiness. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to self-manage workload, maintain accountability, and deliver accurate results in a fast paced environment. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
