What you'll do on a typical day
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI products, from readiness assessments and implementation planning through go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment support.
  • Partner with AI Product Management, IT, Security, Change Management, and business stakeholders to coordinate deployment activities and ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, user enablement materials, communications, and adoption strategies tailored to diverse business functions and user communities.
  • Drive organizational change management initiatives that promote user adoption, behavioral change, and sustained utilization of AI solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and support business champions and power users to strengthen deployment success and accelerate adoption across the enterprise.
  • Monitor and report on deployment performance metrics, including user adoption, utilization trends, business value realization, return on investment, and user feedback.
  • Support measurement and validation of business outcomes to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve deployment playbooks, implementation standards, templates, and best practices for enterprise AI rollouts.
  • Communicate AI concepts, deployment plans, and implementation impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate deployment planning sessions, readiness reviews, stakeholder alignment meetings, and implementation checkpoints.
  • Manage multiple concurrent AI deployments in a matrixed global organization while proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating delivery risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve deployment processes, user experiences, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.

What you need to succeed at GXO
At a minimum, you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, Change Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, technical project management, digital enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience deploying enterprise software, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, analytics tools, automation technologies, or other digital business applications.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, user adoption, employee enablement, and technology rollout initiatives.
  • Strong project coordination, implementation planning, and deployment execution skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user-focused guidance for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations supporting multiple cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Intermediate understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and enterprise AI use cases.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis (typically less than 10%).

It'd be great if you also have
  • Experience supporting enterprise functions such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, or Legal.
  • Experience deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology adoption frameworks, implementation methodologies, and deployment best practices.
  • Experience developing training programs, user guides, communications, and enablement content for large-scale technology implementations.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and lead change without direct authority.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities, emerging technologies, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Passion for leveraging AI to improve productivity, decision-making, employee experience, and business outcomes across the enterprise.
