Job Description:
The Order to Cash Deployment Analyst supports deployment of the global template within the SAP S/4HANA program and is part of the Value Stream Leader organization. This role helps confirm fit across order-to-cash processes, supports testing and deployment readiness, and contributes to successful go-live and hypercare execution. The analyst partners with business SMEs and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, identify risks and gaps, and promote adoption of standardized global processes.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Solution Confirmation
โ€ข Analyze order management scenarios and interdependencies across Commercial, Logistics, Quality, and Finance.
โ€ข Identify interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
โ€ข Support local fit-gap validation against the global template and draft business user requirements.
โ€ข Identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and escalate as needed.
Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support
โ€ข Support deployment readiness, including SME onboarding, review of training materials, SOP updates, and data validation.
โ€ข Coordinate business simulation and user acceptance testing activities with business SMEs across the Order to Cash domain.
โ€ข Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
โ€ข Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare.
Qualifications
Required
โ€ข Minimum of four years of professional experience.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business, technical, or scientific discipline.
โ€ข Strong hands-on functional expertise within the Order to Cash domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
โ€ข Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
โ€ข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
โ€ข Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
โ€ข Experience supporting global template rollouts in SAP S/4HANA environments.
