About Us:
We are a growing food service company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial food equipment for restaurants and foodservice facilities. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service, technical expertise, and excellent customer support.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Food Equipment Service Technician & Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up commercial foodservice equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, walk in refrigerators etc.)
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Manage tools, parts inventory, and service vehicle organization

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of gas, refrigeration, and/or HVACR systems is a plus
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documents
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (hot kitchens, tight spaces, Rooftops, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Certifications (not required):

  • EPA Certification (for refrigeration work)
  • CFESA Certification
  • Manufacturer-specific training
