Customer Service

  • Proactively assist customers and ensure they receive top-notch service
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain excellent product knowledge

Store Operations

  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all associates
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor store profitability
  • Oversee merchandise stocking, maintenance, and cleanliness

Store Support Operations

  • Implement Store Support programs and ensure successful audits
  • Assist with special projects as directed by the General Manager

Hiring and Training of Associates
