Job Summary
Working as an Office Manager, you are responsible for all administrative and office management duties within the Environmental Services department of a local hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares payroll and maintains personnel files
  • Assists with administrative HR tasks such as new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
  • Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow
  • Prepares reports for management and other duties as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years' experience or college degree plus two years' experience
