Duties * You will assign tasks to employees to conduct switching evolutions on an electrical distribution system. * You will inform management of electric power controlling work in progress, operating problems, personnel issues, or equipment failures that would affect mission capabilities. * You will operate computer terminal to interpret power load flows throughout an electrical distribution system. * You will use safety equipment (e.g., harnesses, hard hats, high voltage gloves, hot sticks, hearing protection, lifting gear) when working on electrical power systems. * You will interpret blueprints, technical manuals, work instructions, or other job-related materials to verify safe operation of distribution systems.
