Job description

Duties

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care, including initial resuscitation, stabilization, and diagnostic evaluation, to patients with urgent and non-urgent conditions.

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while ordering and interpreting tests to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, providing consultative opinions, directing emergency response staff, and referring patients to appropriate continuing care.

Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and assist Department Head with administrative and supervisory duties to optimize clinic operations.

Instruct, supervise, and evaluate medical trainees, including residents and students, while actively participating in educational lectures and clinical case reviews.
