Location: Kansas (at an office in Louisburg, Paola, Overland Park, Lawrence, or Topeka) - Hybrid flexibility available

  • Proven success leading service teams, improving processes, and driving client satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience working with carriers and producers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
  • Strong coach, communicator, and collaborator who leads by influence and example.
  • Deep understanding of Personal Lines products, carrier appetites, and agency operations.
