Make an Impact with Baystate Health
Baystate Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, Massachusetts. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) works in partnership with the nurse manager to support and lead the daily operations of the unit. The ANM is expected to adhere to system and department compliance policies and any applicable laws and regulations. The ANM is expected to assume accountability and responsibility for translating the philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the medical center/hospital and the nursing service into effective action under the guidance of the Nurse Manager.

Required Qualifications
  • Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

  • 3-5 years of RN experience in an emergency department setting
