WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
Create foot traffic through community involvement
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required

Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
