We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team four days a week with no evening or weekend hours. This role is perfect for new graduates or experienced hygienists looking for a balanced work schedule in a vibrant, patient-focused practice. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventive dental care and education, contributing to our patients’ overall oral health and well-being.

Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and patient health histories
Perform professional dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized patient care plans
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards
Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
Utilize Dentrix dental software for scheduling, charting, and patient record management (preferred)
Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on dental best practices
Provide an exceptional patient experience by fostering a caring and welcoming environment

Salary Range

Part-time $50 - $55 per hour
