If insurance payment posting is your strength - and you know Denticon well - this is your lane.
Guardian Dentistry Partners supports 168+ dental practices across 11 states + D.C., and our Revenue Cycle team is growing. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and keeps AR clean.
This is not entry-level billing. We need someone who understands the full payment posting process and can work independently.
What You'll Do
• Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon
• Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks
• Address offsets and insurance takebacks
• Clear unapplied balances
• Attach EOBs appropriately
• Perform daily reconciliation
• Keep backlog current
• Identify process improvements for efficiency

What You Bring
• 3+ years of dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting experience
• Strong Denticon experience preferred (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental familiarity considered)
• Solid understanding of EOBs, EFTs, VCCs, and checks
• Ability to research and reconcile independently
• Strong organization and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
• $35,000-$50,000 + annual bonus
