Job description

Position Title: Revenue Cycle Manager

Reporting to: VP of Revenue Cycle

Location: Chicago, IL

The Company: Premier Dentist Partners

Job Summary:

As Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in successful transition of PMS systems to Denticon, oversee revenue cycle processes and ensure collections are maintained or improved.  This position involves managing the revenue cycle operations of all Denticon locations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, ensuring that all converted offices have successfully adopted the platform, including but not limited to:
    • Pre Conversion training
    • Post Conversion Support
    • Support ticket issues
  • Assist in the development of RCM solutions regarding expanded platform tools including but not limited to:
    • Automated Eligibility
    • Fee Schedule and Plan Building Management
    • ERA Auto posting
  • Assist with selection, assessment and roll out of integrated vendors for improved efficiency and scalability of the enterprise systems.
  • Maintain and/or improve RCM KPIs for converted locations; identifying areas of non-compliance, and training locations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance through working collaboratively with Executive and Operational leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships as required.
  • Additional projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment, 2+ years of people management
  • Previous experience in project management a plus.
  • Proficiency in various practice management software-Denticon, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Suite
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and performance bonus
