Computer Software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
IMPORTANT REQUIRMENTS:
  • Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider
  • Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance
  • Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance

Candidate Responsibilities:
  • Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:
  • 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services

Educational Requirement:
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active Florida Dental License
