Job description

Job Title: Utilization Review Associate
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Travel: 0-25%

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist with planning and coordinating the duties of Utilization Review. This position is responsible for assisting with HEDIS measures, GICA, AWVs, reporting, and other collaborative projects with both internal and external entities such as third-party payers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Assist with maintaining records and reporting related to Utilization Review.
  • Upload all required information including but not limited to annual wellness supporting documents.
  • Prepare reports providing status of programs, services, and quality initiatives related to Utilization Review.
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating for Utilization Review.
  • Assists in tracking and reporting on all required documentation for collaborative projects.
  • Provide patients and families information about available ARcare initiatives and services.
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources, and meetings in an effective and timely manner.
  • Perform all duties relevant to the position as requested.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High school diploma
Experience: two years experience with Microsoft Office and office work

Computer Skills: Able to learn and utilize electronic medical record, electronic data systems, and electronic communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
