About the Role

Harvey Dental Group is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a general dentistry practice with a strong focus on implants and clear aligner treatment.


Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist chairside during general dentistry, implant, and clear aligner procedures
  • Take and process digital X-rays
  • Take intraoral scans using iTero
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Provide attentive, compassionate patient care throughout each visit
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
  • Support front office and clinical team as needed to keep the schedule running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
  • Experience with Open Dental software preferred
  • Experience with iTero scanners preferred
  • General dentistry experience required; implant and clear aligner experience a plus
  • Proficient in taking and reading dental X-rays
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Requirements

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
  • Valid X-ray certificate.
  • Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
  • CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
