Job Description
Niagara County Dental Office is looking for a Certified/License Dental Assistant/ Dental Front Office with experience to join our team! This position will be approximately 32-36 hours a week. Benefits include PTO, Long term care disability ins, dental benefits and 401k,
Dental Assistant Duties:
  • Set up rooms for all operative procedures
  • Turn over room in efficient manner.
  • Seat patients and obtain consents.
  • Stock/restock room with instruments prior to each procedure.
  • After each patient, sterilize treatment rooms, and instrumentation according to OSHA / CDC standards.
  • Assist Dentists with charting accurately
  • Assist Dentist during dental treatment procedures.
Dental Assistant Qualifications:
  • Certification in dental assisting or minimum 1 year dental assisting experience
  • Knowledge in dental terminology
  • Knowledge in Eaglesoft dental software
  • Familiar with digital technology
  • Candidate will need to communicate effectively with patients and coworkers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and articulate
  • Dental Receptionist Duties:
  • Dental Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal

Dental ReceptionistQualifications:
  • Experience in all aspects of the Dental Office or Dental Assisting, including but not limited in Eaglesoft Dental software, and digital x-rays.
  • Candidate will need to communicate effectively with patients and co- Workers.
  • If not already experienced in both Dental Reception and Assisting duties, you will need the willingness to do so.
  • Social Media Marketing experience a plus!
  • Only those with Dental Office experience need apply!
