Panama City Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated, skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. This position requires proficiency in dental assisting techniques, familiarity with dental software systems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort. Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.

  • Perform medical imaging, including X-rays and ensure proper documentation of patient records.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and manage patient files in compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean working environment throughout the office.

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow within the office.

  • Utilize dental software systems for patient management and record keeping.
