Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Customer: Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps

Salary Range: $ 160,000.00 - $ 175,000.00

Clearance: Top Secret clearance

Job Description:

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (PM) for contracted staff supporting Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV). The PM will work directly with the COR in identifying priorities and solutions in close coordination with LPOV leadership. The PM will allocate personnel and resources to best meet all the tasks and deliverables specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in support of logistics related initiatives.

Responsibilities: The Program Manager will assist the I&L and LP Front Offices, and LPOV Leadership with program support, process improvement initiatives, communications planning, organizational leadership support, and other administrative tasks as required using MS Teams, I&L SharePoint, and/or ETMS2. Support for this task will require assessment of Unclassified, CUI, Secret, and TS/SCI logistics strategies, plans, and vision/guidance documents.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eight (8) years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration.
  • Eight (8) years of related experience supporting USMC Headquarters Departments and coordination with the FMF.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic Military Service environment.
  • Experience integrating USMC Force Design and logistics requirements.
  • Experience providing project methodologies, facilitation, charters, POA&Ms and project monitoring, tracking and return on investment (ROI) documentation.
  • Experience developing and reviewing tasks in Service-level headquarters task management systems (e.g., ETMS2 or equivalent). to include managing input from CTR personnel and consolidating responses (up to 3-star level tasks).
  • Experience managing travel budgets and reporting incorporating best practices.
  • PMP certification.
  • Process Improvement experience and certification(s).

Security Clearance:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility required.
