Job description


Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Operations team. This is a full-time onsite position located in Fremont, CA.
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects and programs that support organizational goals and business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for complex initiatives, managing timelines, resources, risks, communications, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor program progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and project deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze program performance to drive decision-making.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management activities associated with new processes, systems, or business initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certification preferred.

Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from initiation through completion.

For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $78,900 - $134,100, exempt, per year.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
