About the Role:

DENSO TEN AMERICA Limited (TNAM) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and key Planning Department activities. This position provides executive administrative support to the President and CFO while coordinating management meetings, executive communications, reporting activities, travel administration, and planning-related initiatives.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating across departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring management activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the President and CFO, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential records administration.
  • Coordinate Board, Officer, and other management meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, scheduling, logistics, minutes, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain executive action-item tracking and support timely completion of assignments and management directives.
  • Collect, consolidate, and distribute management reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and planning-related information.
  • Support preparation of presentations and materials for business planning, Hoshin activities, Board meetings, and executive reviews.
  • Coordinate executive travel, visitor activities, and overseas business traveler administration.
  • Maintain confidential management records, meeting documentation, and controlled repositories.
  • Support bilingual executive communications and coordination with TNAM and TNMX stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, meeting effectiveness, and management operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business or a related field required
  • Two to three years of progressively responsible experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Teams and SharePoint collaboration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
  • International or cross-cultural business experience.
