Rainbow International of Central Oregon is a family
oriented, full-service disaster restoration company looking for an experienced
restoration carpenter.
Our IICRC-certified technicians respond quickly to remediate
structural damage from fire, smoke, mold, and water. We also perform any
reconstruction needed to get our customers back to pre-loss condition as soon
as possible, for start-to-finish restoration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic interior and exterior repair, remodel or new construction carpentry work as assigned including demolition and clean up
- Always maintain a safe and clean job site
- Manage your own project, with appropriate schedules and time-frames
- Must be a self-starter who overcomes obstacles and resolves issues or problems
- Follow any plans or blueprints provided for the project
- Pick-up supplies and materials before each work day
- Communication with clients throughout the project, documenting meaningful decisions
- Demonstrate good judgement, high ethical standards, and reliability
- Organize and maintain a company vehicle and shop space
- Input job notes and client conversations into company system
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years remodeling carpentry experience
- Must have your own tools
- Must be able to work 40-hour weeks, full time (7:30a-4p)
- Must be able to lift 75-80 lbs without assistance
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
