Job Summary
The Helper plays a key role in the day-to-day tasks of bathroom renovations, helping our skilled tradespeople and project managers maintain the flow of work. You'll assist with demolition, cleanup, material handling, and other essential tasks that ensure the renovation process runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
 
  • Site Preparation & Cleanup:
    • Assist in preparing the site for renovation (covering floors, moving furniture, setting up tools, etc.).
    • Perform demolition tasks, including removing old tiles, vanities, bathtubs, and other bathroom fixtures.
    • Handle debris and trash removal, keeping the site safe and tidy.
  • Material Handling:
    • Load and unload materials such as tiles, cement, tools, and other supplies.
    • Transport materials to and from the work site as needed.
    • Ensure that tools and materials are organized and easily accessible for the team.
  • General Assistance:
    • Assist skilled tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, carpenters) with tasks as directed.
    • Support the project manager and supervisor in maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Safety and Site Management:
    • Follow safety procedures and ensure the work site is safe for all team members.
    • Maintain clean and organized tools and equipment.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:
    • Any additional tasks required to support the renovation process.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Physical Fitness:
    • Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
    • Comfortable working on your feet and in various environments (dirty, wet, dusty).
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor is preferred but not required.
    • Experience in home renovation or maintenance is a plus.
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
    • Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is beneficial.
  • Safety Awareness:
    • Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
