Job description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with commercial or residential construction experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting multiple trades on active job sites.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, takes pride in their work, and is ready to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades as needed
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general site preparation
  • Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and fencing
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent or foreman

Requirements

  • 2+ years of construction labor experience
  • Experience on commercial construction projects preferred
  • Comfortable using common hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
