The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns โ€“ both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members โ€“ with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority.


Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle.


Position Summary: The DCCC is seeking experienced Latino Engagement District Managers to work on competitive congressional races in the assigned district(s) for the 2026 cycle. This role will work closely with DCCC Engagement Directors and the Organizing team to engage, persuade, mobilize, and turnout Latino voters. They are responsible for building relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, growing grassroots infrastructure, recruiting volunteers, and engaging in voter mobilization efforts.


This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the โ€œNuestras Vocesโ€ in-district program; recruit and manage local voices who can speak to key local issues
  • Developing a district specific outreach plan informed by demographics, cultural nuances and organizational partnerships
  • Develop cultural ties within the districts, grow existing regional infrastructure, and cultivate diverse political talent through relationship building with community leaders. This includes attending local meetings with activists and activist groups, to work on coordinated constituency outreach events
  • Host in-district constituency specific events including but not limited to community events and celebrations, relational organizing events, canvasses, phonebanks, and meetings to recruit and train volunteers and volunteer leaders
  • Cultivate relationships with key demographics in the district, such as small business owners and faith leaders
  • Manage a letter to the editor program
  • Leverage social media and online tools to assist with volunteer recruitment
  • Coordinate with campaign staff and the DCCC to support constituency engagement efforts in assigned districts
  • Work with Organizing department to act as a point of contract for DCCC in-district offices
Requirements:
  • Previous political organizing experience preferred, with at least one cycle of experience
  • Ability to work within diverse communities and experience organizing Latino voters
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Ability to live and work in-person within the assigned congressional district(s) through November 2026
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean record and access to a vehicle is required
  • Willingness to travel

  • Self-motivation, the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines are a must
  • Adaptable to changing needs and program priorities

  • Prior experience recruiting, training, and managing volunteers on electoral or issue campaigns is preferred, but not required
