  • Owning the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including facilitation of cross-functional demand review meetings with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders

  • Deep experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) and an understanding of MRP logic, work order management, and capacity planning modules
  • Strong proficiency in S&OP processes and cross-functional demand planning
  • Experience managing schedules for hardware with long-lead components, high configurability, or low-rate production environments
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent program schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, and scheduling tools such as MS Project or similar

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Space-technology or launch vehicle manufacturing supply chain/scheduling experience
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (or in progress)
  • Experience scheduling in any of the following functional areas - Propulsion, Structures, Power Systems, Avionics, or integration and test operations
