You'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and collaborate across Content, Product Marketing, and Sales.

Nurture & Automation

  • Build and manage multi-touch email nurture programs in Pardot and HubSpot, segmented by persona, lifecycle stage, and product interest
  • Maintain list health, manage segmentation, and support lead scoring updates in partnership with Marketing Ops

  • Pull and maintain weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel ROI
  • Contribute to demand gen dashboards and surface optimization recommendations based on performance data

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or childcare/healthcare verticals
  • Familiarity with AI content or marketing automation tools
  • Background supporting webinar programs (ON24, Zoom Webinars)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content syndication

  • Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
  • Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position

Why Procare?

  • Excellent comprehensive benefits packages including: medical, dental, & vision plans

  • RTD EcoPass for all Denver employees
  • Tuition Reimbursement and continued Professional Development
