Role Summary

MDVIP is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and scale the marketing operations function in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the marketing department-streamlining workflows, building proactive demand planning capabilities, and leading end-to-end execution of key marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the marketing operations engine, building streamlined workflows, smart automation, and turnkey delivery capabilities that scale with growing demand. 
  • Lead the shift from reactive fulfillment to forward-looking supply management through AI-based inventory projections and proactive demand planning. 
  • Reimagine the ordering experience for physicians and internal staff - continuously simplifying and improving the ecosystem so every stakeholder gets what they need, faster. 
  • Drive high-impact initiatives from start to finish - owning project management, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for marketing programs. 
  • Find and capture meaningful savings by identifying cost-saving opportunities across vendors, processes, and technology - turning operational efficiency into bottom-line impact.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing, business, or sales operations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling operations, designing automated workflows, or implementing AI-based planning tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) required; marketing automation tools preferred.
  • Six Sigma, PMP, or other project management certification preferred.


Computer Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
