We're hiring for a hybrid role. You'll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2-3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office.

About the role:
The Director of Demand Generation leads the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, engage priority audiences, generate qualified demand, and fuel pipeline growth across Everfox's target markets. This leader translates Everfox's corporate and solutionlevel priorities into coordinated, multichannel demand programs spanning digital, email, content, social, events, accountbased marketing, partners, and additional channels.

The Director partners closely with Solution Marketing, Content, Brand, Field Marketing, Sales Leadership, Inside Sales, and Marketing Operations to engage target buyers throughout the buying journey and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires strategic thinking paired with handson execution, balancing discipline, creativity, and analytical rigor to build a scalable demand generation engine.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and own Everfox's integrated demand generation strategy aligned to growth objectives, priority markets, solutions, and audiences.
Create and execute multichannel campaigns integrating digital, email, content, social, events, partners, and related tactics around shared messages and business goals.
Translate Solution Marketing insights and positioning into compelling demand programs for priority solutions and use cases.
Build campaign plans including segmentation, buyer journeys, offers, content requirements, channel mix, activation, nurture, and measurement.
Balance alwayson demand programs with targeted initiatives supporting company, solution, geographic, and market priorities.
Establish campaign planning processes that clarify priorities, timing, objectives, and expected outcomes for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Demand Generation & Pipeline
Build programs that generate and accelerate qualified demand and measurable pipeline contribution.
Develop audience and account segmentation strategies with Sales Leadership, Sales, Solution Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
Partner with Sales teams to ensure effective lead and opportunity followup and improve marketingtosales conversion.
Implement accountbased and targeted approaches for priority accounts, markets, and buying groups.
Optimize nurture strategies for long, complex government and enterprise buying cycles.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend changes to improve engagement, conversion, pipeline impact, and marketing ROI.

Digital & Channel Activation
Lead demand activation across paid/owned digital channels, email, web, social, events, webinars, partners, and other channels.
Determine the most effective channel mix based on audience behavior, market dynamics, and performance.
Partner with Content and Brand Engagement teams to identify and develop content required across buyer journeys and campaigns.
Ensure campaign experiences and creative execution consistently align with Everfox brand standards.
Coordinate with Field/Regional Marketing to adapt and activate global campaigns for regional audiences.

Sales & CrossFunctional Alignment
Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership and Sales to align campaigns with account priorities, pipeline needs, and market opportunities.
Partner with Solution Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect differentiated positioning, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and solution priorities.
Integrate events into broader campaigns rather than treating them independently.
Collaborate with partner/channel stakeholders to identify opportunities for comarketing, joint demand creation, and campaign amplification.

Measurement & Optimization
Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success criteria in advance of launch.
Partner with Marketing Operations to establish tracking, attribution, dashboards, lead lifecycle processes, and performance reporting.
Monitor campaign performance across engagement, qualified demand, pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
Apply testandlearn approaches across messaging, segmentation, offers, channels, and tactics.
Use data, performance metrics, and market insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and investment.

Leadership
Provide strategic leadership for demand generation and integrated campaign planning across the Marketing organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop demand generation team members as the organization grows.
Establish clear processes, roles, and operating rhythms that improve campaign quality, speed, and accountability.
Manage agency and vendor partnerships and associated program budgets.
Foster a collaborative culture with strong experimentation, measurement discipline, and continuous improvement.

Key Knowledge and Skills

Expertise in integrated campaign strategy, multichannel demand generation, and accountbased marketing.

Key Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience leading demand generation, integrated marketing, and pipelinedriving B2B programs, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or governmentfocused industries.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$181,000.00-229,300.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
