Job description

About Parspec
Parspec is building the AI and digital infrastructure for the construction materials supply chain. Construction is a $15 trillion industry, yet the systems that underpin the buying and selling of materials remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected. Distributors and rep agencies rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, phone calls, and siloed tools to find new products and quote and manage projects - creating delays, errors, and margin erosion across the supply chain.
Parspec is an AI-native platform that powers how construction products are discovered, bought, and sold. Trusted by more than 300 MEP distributors and rep agencies, Parspec helps project-driven businesses bid faster, win more work, and operate more profitably. By combining product intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and a connected ecosystem, Parspec is laying the foundation for a more intelligent, efficient construction supply chain.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Mateo, California, Parspec has raised $31 million from leading deep-tech and construction-technology investors.
The Opportunity
Parspec is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to establish and grow our demand generation function.
You will be responsible for creating and executing programs that build awareness and generate a qualified pipeline from Construction Distributors and Rep Agents. This includes designing integrated campaigns to reach and convert target audiences into qualified sales opportunities.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Content Marketing Manager to turn campaign narratives into lead generation and ABM programs that convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives on hands-on campaign execution, experimentation, and scaling demand programs within a fast-paced startup environment.
What Will You Achieve and Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Roll out integrated campaigns by turning high-level narratives into executable distribution plans across digital, events, webinars, and organic channels.
  • Oversee and scale paid channels, continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards to track performance, growth opportunities, and total pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to translate core narratives into high-performing distribution strategies across paid and organic channels.
Enterprise ABM
  • Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts.
  • Partner directly with the Sales team to ensure a tight feedback loop on lead quality and provide them with the air cover needed to close high-value deals.
  • Manage the transition of marketing-engaged leads to Sales, ensuring that high-intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach.
Lifecycle Marketing & Funnel
  • Build and manage automated email sequences and "always-on" nurture tracks that educate prospects
  • Own the testing roadmap for landing pages, ad formats, and CTAs to systematically increase the percentage of traffic that converts into qualified opportunities.
  • Manage lead scoring and routing workflows within the marketing stack to ensure data integrity and prevent "leaks" in the conversion funnel.
Field Marketing
  • Research and identify high-value regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences aligned to our distributor and rep agency segments.
  • Own the field marketing strategy and annual calendar, including budget allocation and prioritization across events.
  • Design and run pre-event and post-event follow-up sequences to convert event engagement into qualified pipeline.

Why This Matters
Construction is a $15T industry still powered by fragmented, manual processes-and Parspec is transforming it with AI. This role is critical to that transformation: by driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline among distributors and rep agencies, you will directly accelerate adoption of a more intelligent, connected way to buy and sell construction products, helping modernize one of the world's largest industries.
Who You Are
Mandatory Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, specifically within early-stage (Series A/B) AI, data, or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven track record of building and owning pipeline-generating programs from scratch, with the ability to point to specific revenue results.
  • Expert-level "doer" who builds their own campaigns in LinkedIn, Google Ads, and HubSpot without needing an agency or large team for execution.
  • Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience owning the CRM, building lead routing workflows, developing nurture campaigns, and designing reporting dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of the full buyer journey and how to align ABM and lifecycle nurture programs to specific enterprise personas.
  • Experience owning field marketing end-to-end, from strategic planning through on-the-ground execution and post-event pipeline conversion.
  • Direct experience collaborating with Sales and leadership to refine strategy and ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-starter DNA with a bias toward experimentation and the ability to define a roadmap in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred qualifications
  • AI native proficiency: Track record of using AI tools to speed up their work without dropping quality

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including family insurance coverage, free health teleconsultations, and learning/upskilling budgets
  • Equity in the company
  • Flexible hours and a hybrid work setup
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company transforming a large market
  • Preferred Location: San Mateo, with regular in-office presence
