What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, coaching and developing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy and revenue growth plan.
  • Own sales targets, forecasting, pipeline performance, and overall revenue results.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop effective lead-generation and demand-generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Recruiting, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful delivery.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve sales processes and conversion rates.
  • Participate in high-value client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM management.
  • Establish compensation, performance, and development plans for the sales team.
  • Help define and expand the company's target markets, ideal customer profiles, and sales channels.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience with B2B sales and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience developing sales strategies, processes, and forecasting models.
