Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager - SaaS

ShipperHQ is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer to lead our demand generation efforts and drive qualified pipeline growth. If you're a data-driven marketer who enjoys building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us:

ShipperHQ is a trusted leader in the e-commerce shipping space, with over 15 years of experience helping merchants deliver better shipping and checkout experiences. Founded in 2009, we power shipping logic and checkout optimization for 6,000+ brands, from DTC disruptors to enterprise retailers, in 150+ countries. Based in Austin with a global team, we’re a fast-moving, product-led company shaping the future of e-commerce logistics.

Position Overview

As the Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you'll own our marketing growth budget, define the optimal marketing mix, and execute data-driven B2B demand generation programs that maximize qualified leads and pipeline growth. Working alongside a fast-paced team of marketers, you'll use analytics to optimize performance across digital, email, event, and partner channels, invest where you'll see the greatest return, and help shape how ShipperHQ grows.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross-functional team (Product, Sales, CS, Partnerships) to establish growth strategies that support ShipperHQ’s revenue goals
  • Develop the overall demand generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively
  • Manage marketing ad budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads
  • Create and execute demand-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads, leveraging SEO, AEO, email marketing, paid ads (hands-on experience required!), partner marketing, and new marketing channels
  • Create automated programs to nurture existing web traffic
  • Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
  • Maximize website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design, and content
  • Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand and lead generation marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, across SEO, AEO, email marketing, paid ads, partner marketing, and events
  • Expertise with marketing automation and technology platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ad platforms, Google Analytics, Zapier, 6sense, Clay, or similar tools)
  • Understand how to leverage AI agents and AI skills to optimize demand gen programs
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and enjoys learning new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Why ShipperHQ?

This is a highly fast-paced environment where no two days will look alike. For the right candidate, with the right attitude, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression. We are an agile, fast-moving team that likes to roll up our sleeves and solve some of the biggest issues in shipping. You will learn more at ShipperHQ in a year than you would in 3 years at other companies, thanks to our collaborative learning culture that fosters continuous growth and innovation.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success
  • 22 days of PTO plus public holidays
  • 401k Match
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Maternity and Paternity Leave
  • This is a hybrid, full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office in the Arboretum Area
  • Compensation is based on experience
