4 days per week in office - this position can be filled in our Montreal or Toronto offices

This national position requires a seasoned marketing professional to create and execute demand generation strategies that support the firm's strategic objectives across various practice areas, sectors, and client growth initiatives.

The role calls for experience in marketing and communications, particularly in leading multi-channel campaigns especially in leading demand generation campaigns and offering strategic counsel to national practice chairs and sector leaders. It also involves helping them convert business goals and strategies into effective, measurable programs that drive growth.

The successful candidate will help translate business goals and market opportunities into measurable marketing programs that enhance client engagement, strengthen market position, and drive growth.

This role will primarily support the firm's energy, infrastructure and resources and corporate (financial services) practices.

You will be focusing on:

Design demand generation initiatives informed by client insights, sector trends, and relationship intelligence.

Lead campaigns across various channels including events, sponsorships, digital marketing, email, and social amplification.

Enable partner engagement and adoption of demand programs by providing clear frameworks, guidance, and insightdriven recommendations.

Partner with relationship partners on priority clients and target accounts, developing tailored programs that support crossselling, upselling, and client expansion.

Assess, prioritize, allocate budget, and plan financial resources to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Support national, sector and practice chairs in executing their strategic plans

Assist with the preparation of directories, rankings, awards submissions, and matter collections.

Track and evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain strong.

Oversee the analysis and delivery of sector and practice sponsorship requests and leverage their outcomes

Translate performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership by defining and reporting on measurable ROI objectives

Project manage timelines to meet specified deadlines


What you bring to the role:

Relevant degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing in the professional services industry

A passion for demand marketing and willingness to get hands-on building solutions

Thorough understanding of a range of marketing techniques, such as assessing sponsorships, digital marketing, social media amplification

Experience framing and collaboratively solving complex problems through creative problem-solving

Experience participating in substantial projects with large teams, either from project inception to implementation or involving significant performance demonstrating collaboration, critical thinking, and project management skills

Active listener to hear and understand multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Proven expertise in connecting marketing strategy and outcomes to revenue and ultimately market share gain

Strong project management skills

Bilingual in English and French is a plus

The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated.
