Delphi Construction is seeking skilled and motivated superintendents with experience in ground-up or rehab projects exceeding $1 million in total value.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting, to project staff management, and execution and delivery. The superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously or lead a larger project ($10M+).
